Finally.The earth cracks beneath her.The cage that imprisoned her collapses around her.The shackles that bound her to this place are shaken off.Finally.The air is ablaze.She isn’t out of this mess yet.In half a second she will have to focus on getting through the inevitable hellfire surrounding her.But now…In this brief moment…She relishes in her freedom.It’s almost over.Finally.
2011: Prismatic Star - In the Forest Ink, Oil Pastel From my DeviantART: Prismaya, Canada, Xander and, in the background, Kiah, our earth elemental friend who will appear in the first issue of Prismatic Star.One thing that someone’s bound to mention is Kiah’s odd proportions and I just want to note that that is purposely done. Her body is meant to be like a tree trunk while her arms are meant to be like delicate branches.
